Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Shipping charges will be added to all orders based on the size and weight of the order and the requested shipping address. We use various courier partners and post services to ensure that you receive your order in the fastest possible time. We usually ship our packages through regular surface courier with consolidators like Shiprocket. Incase of express shipping, you can drop us an email at sales@wrapconcepts.in or leave us a message and our team will get in touch with you regarding additional charges applicable. 

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your goods are shipped.

Returns and Exchange

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for returns:-

1.    Items must be in the same condition as you received it

2.    Items must be in the original packaging (Once we receive the item to be returned, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging in place within 14 days)

3.    The original invoice is required

Credit Note

-All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code.

-This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 1 month on our website.

NOTE: We DO NOT provide REFUNDS

Shipping

The customer has to bear the shipping costs for returning the item.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, pls do so within 24 hours of placing the order, you can drop an email at sales@wrapconcepts.in with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days of receiving your request.
